About Alisa Asano

Alisa Asano B.HSc, Dip.MentH, NHAA is a degree qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist. She has trained with some of Melbourne's leading naturopathic practitioners as well as obtaining additional Food as Medicine and mental health training. The ultimate aim of her work is to restore whole-body health using a root-cause resolution approach. Alisa specialises in a number of heath conditions and has a particular interest in psychology, mental and emotional well being, stress resilience and gut health.
