OPENING HOURS
MISS FOX is open 11-7pm Tuesday to Friday, and 10-5pm Saturday. We are occasionally closed during these hours for private events, so please call ahead to ensure our availability.

BOOKINGS
Due to the popularity of our services, advance appointments are highly recommended. Most of our regular clients pre-book their next one or two appointments. Respectfully, a valid credit card number or a 50% cash deposit is required for all bookings. Groups of 3 or more, catering, and some Spa Rituals must be prepaid.

CANCELLATIONS
Due to the boutique nature of our business, last minute changes to appointments affect us significantly. For this reason uphold a strict cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment to avoid a 50% surcharge of the cost of booked services. ‘No- shows’ are liable for 100% of the booking. LOCATION
Our address is Levels 1-3 of 285 Little Collins Street, Melbourne. We are located between Swanston Street and Elizabeth Street, opposite David Jones Sensory Lab. We share our building with the Scanlan and Theodore boutique who occupy the ground level. Look for the glass doors with silver MISS FOX signage, and walk up the stairs to level 1 reception where you will be looked after by our team.

VISITING MISS FOX
Please leave ample time to arrive if you are traveling from outside of the city, or if it is your first visit to MISS FOX. If you get lost, or are running late, please phone us on 1300647736. Please note that appointments must finish on time so as not to inconvenience our next clients and full fees apply to shortened treatments.

PARKING
You may, of course, park anywhere in the city, but please be aware that street parking limits are rigorously enforced with fines therefore use of a carpark is recommended. Please also note that the section of Little Collins Street we are located in (Swanston Street to Elizabeth Street ) is closed to vehicular traffic every weekday from 12-2pm, so please plan your travel or parking accordingly.

Convenient parking at reasonable rates (and not affected by road closure) can be found at GREENCO Council House Parking. Entry is at 200 Little Collins Street (on your right as you drive down Little Collins, up a ramp). This is a 2-3 minute walk to our location (walk down Little Collins St towards David Jones). Parking rates are only $5 per hour (capped at $40 weekdays and $30 weekends) and entry after 6pm is capped at $10.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

• Tram: Trams that run down Collins Street, Bourke Street, Swanston Street or Elizabeth Street will all bring you within a few minutes of the clinic. Get off the tram at the intersection of any of these four streets and make your way to Little Collins Street.
• Train: If arriving by train the closest station is Flinders Street Station. Walk or take a tram down Swanston or Elizabeth Streets until you get to Little Collins Street.
